About Our Cooperative Restaurant
Namwon Miguri Chueotang Cooperative, which started as a loach farm, has been recognized for its capabilities by obtaining numerous certifications and winning awards at various competitions based on experience and know-how accumulated over a long period of time. Because we only produce chueotang, we have confidence in our chueotang.
We have our own fish farm, so we only select healthy and clean loaches. We are confident in our loach stew because the CEO, a new fisheries intellectual recognized in Korea, produces it himself.
